| 摘 要： | 介绍了数字环境下个性化信息服务的特征,系统阐述了个性化信息服务的主要内容:用户研究、定制机制和推荐机制,并指出了实现个性化信息服务系统的关键技术,最后给出完整的个性化信息系统模型及系统实施的关键点。
