研究经济规模与企业用人规模的关系对企业的改革和发展具有十分重要的现实意义。根据柯布—道格拉斯生产函数原理,建立产量与劳动和资本的关系函数;根据两种变动投入的最优组合中产量既定成本最小原理,确立最佳的劳动力投入趋势。分析了C公司近8年劳动力数量与最佳劳动力构成的差别,提出了实现3年翻一番目标的要素投入趋势。

Discussions on Economic Scale Determining Enterprises Employing Scale

Study of the relationship between the economic scale and the enterprise employing scale is of great practical significance to enterprise reform and development. Under the Cobb-Douglas Production Function Principle,this paper establishes the function of labor and capital relations; according to two changes in the optimal investment portfolio yield, this paper establishes the principle of minimum cost and establish best trends in the labor input. Besides, this paper analyzes the number of labor constitutes the best labor differences of C company in recent eight years, and puts forward the factor inputs trend to achieve the three-year goal of doubling.
