PCB板特性阻抗测试方法研究

摘    要:随着大规模、超大规模集成电路被广泛应用于通用系统中,新的串行总线的速率高达几十Gbit·s-1,在这样的速率下,如果传输线的阻抗不符合标准,传输线间就会产生严重的串扰,这将直接影响PCB的质量。为更深入地研究特性阻抗的测试方法,文中就特性阻抗的基本知识、TDR测试的基本原理和方法进行了介绍,为日后的PCB板特性阻抗测试工作提供了参考。

Abstract:Today the development of electronic technology is developing rapidly, and the large scale, very large scale integrated circuit are more and more applied to general system. now new serial bus rate can be as high as dozens of Gbit · s^-1, in such a rate, if the impedance of the transmission line does not accord with a standard, it would lead to serious crosstalk between transmission line, that will directly affect the quality of the PCB. In order to go further into the research on the test method of characteristic impedance, this article introduces the elementary knowledge of TDR test method and principium about characteristic impedance in PCB in detail, which presents the theoretical guidance and practical reference for the future PCB characteristic impedance test workers.
