口腔种植即刻修复对牙列缺损患者的疗效及牙周指数的影响

研究对牙列缺损患者应用口腔种植即刻修复的疗效及牙周指数的影响。方法 选取 2021年4月-2022年8月于我院接受治疗的牙列缺损患者78例作为研究对象，应用简单随机分组法将其分 为对照组、观察组，每组39例。对照组应用非即刻修复方案治疗，观察组应用口腔种植即刻修复治 疗，比较两组口腔功能、咀嚼功能、牙周状况。结果 观察组言语功能、固定功能以及咀嚼能力评分 高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组咀嚼效率及咀嚼测试吸光度值高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组菌斑、软 垢、牙龈出血指数以及牙周探针深度低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 牙列缺损患者接受口腔种植即刻修复 治疗的效果理想，可促进患者的口腔功能、咀嚼功能及牙周状况改善，值得临床应用。

Effect of Oral Implant Immediate Restorationon in the Treatment of Patients with Dentition Defect and its Influence on Periodontal Index

To study the effect of oral implant immediate restorationon on the curative effect and periodontal index of patients with dentition defect. Methods A total of 78 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by simple random grouping method, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was treated with non-oral implant immediate restorationon, and the observation group was treated with oral implant immediate restorationon. The oral function, masticatory function and periodontal status were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of speech function, fixation function and masticatory function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The masticatory efficiency and the absorbance value of masticatory test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The plaque, debris, gingival bleeding index and periodontal probe depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of oral implant immediate restorationon in patients with dentition defect is ideal, which can promote the improvement of oral function, masticatory function and periodontal status, and is worthy of clinical application.
