插秧机负载敏感液压转向系统设计与分析

摘    要:对插秧机负载敏感液压转向系统进行设计与分析。以插秧机结构和液压系统设计原则为依据,设计插秧机负载敏感转向系统,计算液压元器件的参数,并在AMESim软件中,对所设计的负载敏感泵和负载敏感转向系统进行建模仿真。仿真结果表明:负载敏感泵可以确保节流口两端压差不变,其输出的流量完全跟随负载需要;所设计的插秧机负载敏感转向系统完全满足插秧机转向需要,仿真结果与设计参数保持一致,验证了系统的正确性和可行性,并且有效地降低了操作强度,提高了控制精度,为其他类型的农业机械转向系统设计提供了参考。

Design and Analysis of Load sensing and Hydraulic Steering System of Rice Transplanter
Abstract:Load sensing and hydraulic steering system of rice transplanter was designed and researched. Based on the structure of rice transplanter and the design principle of hydraulic system, load sensing and hydraulic steering system of rice transplanter was designed and its parameters of hydraulic components were calculated. Then, the designed load sensing pump and load sensing and hydraulic steering system were modeled and simulated in AMESim software. The simulation results indicate that: the load sensing pump can ensure the pressure difference between the two ends of the throttle is constant and its output flow is fully followed with the load;the designed load sensing and hydraulic steering system meets the requirements of rice transplanter entirely. The simulation results are consisted with the designed parameters. The correctness and feasibility of the system are verified.And this designed system can reduces the manipulation strength and improves the controlling precision efficiently. The research methods provide some references for steering system design of other agricultural machinery.
