| 摘 要： | 以客户需求为导向,从服务设计的角度出发,对物流服务能力评价与改善提出了新方法。以动态发展的思想将质量功能展开理论引入物流服务能力设计领域,建立了动态质量功能展开模型和基于质量屋的线性规划模型,并以汽车物流企业为例,进行了实证分析,为企业制定物流服务策略,快捷地应对未来市场发展变化提供了理论指导。
