海绵城市建设中区域适宜水面率研究及应用

摘    要:河湖水系水面率控制规划是开展海绵城市建设规划的一项重要工作。根据不同区域的土地利用、防洪工程、地形地貌等具体条件,以集雨区域为空间单元,以河湖水系水位涨幅为控制性指标,建立区域降雨与水系水位安全调蓄变幅的数学模型。确立水位安全调蓄变幅与降雨量成正比的函数关系,且其比例系数与水面率和综合径流系数分别成倒数函数和线性函数关系,推求满足径流控制要求的适宜水面率。研究结果表明,对于水面率较低或因挤占而减少的区域,适当恢复以及扩大河湖水域面积可以显著提升雨洪蓄滞能力。研究成果在珠海河湖水系低影响开发规划中进行了应用,提出了珠海市各管控分区适宜水面率的目标,并分析了目标可达性,对海绵城市建设及城市规划具有指导意义。

Abstract:Water surface rate is an important indicator for Assessment of regional rainwater storage capacity.Taking catchment area as a unit, and use the rainfall runoff water level amplitude mathematical relationships derived rainfall and level amplitude proportional relationship.Its proportionality coefficient and surface runoff coefficient rate and integrated into the countdown function and linear function.Research shows that lower water rates for the region, and expand the water area of rivers and lakes can achieve significant capacity building rainwater storage lag.Practice-oriented research is very important to sponge City construction and urban planning.
