摘    要:在日光温室单一种植体系中引入种植豆科绿肥,研究2种绿肥作物(黄豆、香豆子)还田前后土壤微生物量碳氮、微生物数量及土壤酶活性的变化特征。结果表明:在日光温室休闲期,种植黄豆和香豆子均能显著提高土壤纤维素酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,与种植香豆子相比种植黄豆能产生较多的干物质量。绿肥还田后,虽然黄豆处理土壤酶活性低于香豆子处理,但土壤中微生物总量、细菌数量和比例及微生物量碳氮含量显著高于香豆子和对照,且微生物量C/N比例也较为适宜,因此黄豆可作为日光温室短期休闲绿肥还田作物。

Abstract:In this study, two kinds of leguminous plant, soybean and trigonella foenum-graecum, were importedin monoculture greenhouse. The effects on soil microbial biomass N, microbial biomass C, soil microbial biomass, andsoil enzyme activity were investigated before/after green manure returned to field. The results showed that in the fallowperiod of greenhouse, the enzyme activities of cellulase, urease, sucrase, significantly increased after planting soybeanand trigonella foenum-graecum. Compared with planting trigonella foenum-graecum, the amount of dry matter washighter in soybean planted treatment. After green manure returned to field, the soil enzyme activities in soybeantreatment were lower than those in trigonella foenum-graecum, but the soil microbial population, population and ratioof bacterial, soil microbial biomass N and C were significantly higher than those in trigonella foenum-graecum andcontrol, and microbial biomass C/N was more optimum. In conclusion, soybean could be used as short-term greenmanure crop in greenhouse.
