摘    要:针对三相并联型有源电力滤波器(APF)直流侧电容电压控制问题,考虑TS型模糊推理易于和比例积分微分(PID)控制方法相结合的特点,提出了基于TS型模糊推理的模糊神经网络控制器(FNNC)方法,并将其用于APF直流侧的电压控制。确定了基于TS-FNNC的三相APF指令电流运算结构,研究了相应的控制策略,对TS-FNNC的连接权值和第二层节点的隶属函数调整分别采用最小二乘法和BP算法,使其具有较快的响应速度。仿真试验验证了该控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:Focusing on DC capacitor voltage control problems for the three-phase shunt APF, considering that it is easy to combine TS type fuzzy inference with PID control method, this paper presented a fuzzy neural network controller based on TS fuzzy reasoning ( TS-FNNC ) and used it for the APF DC side voltage control. The APF instruction current operational structure was identified based on TS-FFNC. The corresponding control strategy was researched. The TS-FNNC connection weights and second layer node membership functions were adjusted by east squares and BP algorithm respectively, so it had fast response speed. The simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the control strategy.
