摘    要:借助计算流体力学软件FLUENT,对一台600 MW超超临界墙式布置切圆燃烧锅炉进行数值模拟.详细分析了深度分级条件下,燃料型NO、热力型NO和总NO生成速率在炉内的分布特性,以及燃烧初期NO和HCN生成特性.结果表明,挥发分析出阶段会产生大量的燃料型NO,焦炭在缺氧的气氛下燃烧,促进了焦炭燃烧时释放产生HCN与已经产...

Abstract:With the CFD(computational fluid dynamics)software FLUENT,numerical simulation was made in a 600,MW ultra supercritical wall-tangentially fired boiler.The distribution characteristics of fuel NO,thermal NO and total NO in the furnace were analyzed in detail under the condition of deep air staged combustion,and the production characteristics of NO and HCN at the beginning of combustion were also studied.The result shows that a large amount of fuel NO is formed at the stage of evaporation.Homogenous subtracti...
