摘    要:为分析可搭载切割设备的移动式升降平台的稳定性,依据起重机设计规范,采用力矩平衡的方法建立整个升降平台的数学模型,计算出在危险工况下横向与纵向整机抗倾覆能力;采用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench建立升降平台剪叉机构的有限元模型,进行剪叉机构的线性与非线性屈曲分析。结果表明,可搭载切割设备的移动式升降平台在工作时不会发生失稳现象。

Abstract:In order to analyze the stability of the movable lifting platform with cutting equipment,in the paper,based on specifications of crane design,the mathematical model of the whole lifting platform is established by using the moment balance method,and the lateral and longitudinal overturning resistance of the whole machine under dangerous working conditions are calculated.The finite element model of the scissor mechanism of the lifting platform is established by using the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench so as to carry out linear and nonlinear buckling analysis of the scissor mechanism.The results show that the movable lifting platform capable of carrying cutting equipment will not become unstable during working.
