水热反应液浓度对TC4钛合金微弧氧化涂层硬度和摩擦性能的影响

摘    要:针对TC4钛合金耐腐蚀性偏低的问题,本文利用微弧氧化技术在TC4钛合金表面制备陶瓷涂层,探究电解液中水热合成液浓度对TC4钛合金微弧氧化(MAO)涂层硬度和摩擦行为的影响。利用XRD、SEM、摩擦试验机等设备对水热处理的TC4钛合金微弧氧化进行表征。研究结果表明:随着水热反应液浓度增加,TC4钛合金微弧氧化涂层中金红石相TiO2衍射峰逐渐加强,锐钛矿相TiO2减弱。在水热处理24h后,在水热反应试验条件下能实现羟基磷灰石颗粒的合成,并且反应液浓度越高,获得的羟基磷灰石越多。水热合成浓度增加,有助于TC4钛合金涂层表面平整度增加。水热处理后的TC4钛合金MAO涂层的显微硬度呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。水热处理TC4钛合金MAO涂层的摩擦因数在0.95~1.1之间,水热合成液的浓度对摩擦因数影响不明显。

Abstract:With respect to the low corrosion resistance of TC4 titanium alloy,the ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by micro-arc oxidation technology,so as to investigate the influence of hydrothermal synthesis solution concentration in electrolyte on the hardness and friction behavior of TC4 titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation(MAO)coating.The TC4 titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation was characterized by XRD,SEM and friction testing machine.The research results showed that with the increase of hydrothermal reaction solution concentration,the diffraction peak of rutile phase TiO2 in TC4 titanium alloy MAO coating was gradually strengthened,meanwhile,the anatase phase TiO2 was weakened.After hydrothermal treatment for 24 hours,the synthesis of hydroxyapatite particles could be obtained under the test conditions of hydrothermal reaction.The higher the concentration of reaction solution was,the more hydroxyapatite could be obtained.The increased concentration of hydrothermal synthesis contributed to the surface flatness of TC4 titanium alloy MAO coating.The microhardness of TC4 titanium alloy MAO coating after hydrothermal treatment increased first and decreased later.The friction factor of TC4 titanium alloy MAO coating in hydrothermal treatment was 0.95~1.1,and the concentration of hydrothermal synthesis solution had no obvious effect on the friction factor.
