双层立体车库结构静力学分析及优化设计

摘    要:为了确保立体车库结构具有足够的稳定性,同时达到优化立体车库钢结构,进而减轻其质量的目的。以简易双层立体车库为例,利用SolidWorks设计车库结构,建立其三维模型,然后导入Ansys Workbench中完成对立体车库结构在满载条件下的静力学分析,分别得到立体车库整体结构和核心构件的等效应力云图、变形云图。分析结果显示,该车库具有足够的强度和刚度。根据该静力学分析的结果,对车库结构与尺寸进行优化设计,结果表明,在保证车库结构强度和刚度的情况下该设计可节约7.1%的钢材量,达到了降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:In order to optimize the steel structure of the high-rise garage while ensure the sufficient stability for reducing the structure weight,taking a simple double-deck high-rise garage as an example,the paper carries out the design of the garage structure by using SolidWorks,establishes a three-dimensional model which is imported into the Ansys Workbench to carry out static analysis of the high-rise garage structure under the condition of full load and obtains equivalent stress diagram and deformation diagram respectively for the whole structure and key parts of the high-rise garage.The analysis results indicate that the garage has sufficient strength and rigidity.In the paper,the structure and size of the garage is optimized according to results of the static analysis whose results show that under the condition of ensuring the structural strength and rigidity of the garage,the design can save 7.1%of the steel quantity and reduce the production cost.
