超导可视无痛人工流产患者围术期的应激状态研究

目的：观察超导可视无痛人工流产患者围术期的应激状态的变化情况。方法选取2010年10月～2013年12月本院进行无痛人工流产的120例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（普通无痛人工流产组）60例和观察组（超导可视无痛人工流产组）60例，然后将两组患者术前及术后1d、2d及3d的应激状态相关血清指标进行对比。结果两组术前的1d、2d及3d的应激状态相关血清指标差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）；而观察组1d、2d及3d的应激状态相关血清指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论超导可视无痛人工流产患者围术期的应激程度小于普通无痛人工流产，因此其临床价值相对更高。

Study of perioperative stress status of patients receiving superconducting visual painless induced abortion

Objective To observe the change of perioperative stress status of the patients receiving superconducting visual painless induced abortion.Methods 120 patients who received painless induced abortion in our hospital from October 2010 to December 2013 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group （ordinary painless induced abortion group） with 60 patients and the observation group （superconducting visual painless induced abortion group） with 60 patients. Then the preoperative and postoperative 1-day, 2-day and 3-day stress status related serum indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups were not significantly different in the preoperative 1-day, 2-day and 3-day stress status related serum indicators （P〉0.05 for all）, but the observation group had lower postoperative 1-day, 2-day and 3-day stress status related serum indicators than the control group （P〈0.05 for all）.Conclusion The superconducting visual painless induced abortion causes lower stress degree in the patients than the ordinary painless induced abortion and thus has higher clinical value.
