癌症患者对止痛药物使用认知度调查及对策

目的：调查多家医院住院癌症患者对止痛用药认知状况，为改善镇痛药三阶梯用药提供参考。方法调查多家二级以上医院2013年度159例住院癌症患者对止痛药物使用认知度，并对用药结果进行分析。结果大多数患者认为疼痛是可以通过药物进行控制，但对应用药物知识掌握认识不足。有151例患者（占97.37%）对疼痛是否可以通过药物进行控制持肯定态度；回答按医嘱按时服药93例（占58.49%），回答痛时服66例（占41.51%）；认为注射止痛效果注射效果好于其他方法109例（占68.55%）；担心使用止痛药物会出现副作用的130例（占87.76%）；对用药出现副作用后处理，回答马上停药57例（占35.85%），认为止痛效果不理想的原因为病情加重53例（占33.33%），认为是药物无效38例（占23.90%）。结论部分癌痛患者对应用止痛药物相关知识认识不足，医、药、护三方加强对患者及家属应用癌痛药物宣教，提高用药依从性和治疗效果。

The investigate and measures into the awareness level on analgesic therapy in patients with cancer

ObjectiveTo investigate the recognition of using analgesic drug in cancer patients in several hospitals, provides a reference for the improvement of analgesic medication three ladder therapy.Methodsa survey on awareness level of analgesic drug use of 159 hospitalized cancer patients in hospitals（second class above） during 2013 annual, and analyze the treatment results. ResultsMost patients think that pain can be controlled with medication, but the application knowledge of drug may be insufficiency. There were 151 cases （97.37%） look positively on pain controlled by drug; some of them according to the doctor＇s advice to take medicine on time in 93 cases （58.49%）, 66 cases （41.51%） taking medicine after feeling the pain; that the effect of injection of analgesic is better than other methods in 109 cases （68.55%）; 130 cases fear side effects of analgesic drugs （87.76%）; the measures to side effects after treatment, stop taking medicine immediately in 57 cases （35.85%）, someone thinks the cause of analgesic effects far from satisfactory is exacerbations in 53 cases （33.33%）, 38 cases （23.90%）support drug that is invalid. ConclusionPatients with cancer pain and inadequate understanding of the application of analgesic drugs related knowledge, medical, medicine, protecting three part to strengthen the application and education of the patients and their family members with cancer pain drug, thus improve the drug compliance and treatment.
