高频微锻造对45钢激光淬火层表面性能的影响

摘    要:本文利用超声频微锻造机构对45钢激光淬火层表面进行了微锻造处理。利用OM、SEM观察了微锻造对45钢激光淬火层表面组织的影响;利用显微硬度计与洛氏硬度计研究了微锻造后45钢激光淬火层表面显微硬度,硬化深度方向的显微硬度。结果表明:高频微锻造处理后,45钢激光淬火形成的明显而规则马氏体组织被锻碎,表面晶粒明显细化。表面显微硬度提高了11.4%,激光淬火强化区深度方向的显微硬度影响深度为0.2 mm,其中0.1 mm处硬度提高了10.0%,0.2 mm处提高了4.5%。

Abstract:In this paper, 45 steel laser quenching layer was micro-forged by institutions of super audio micro forging, the influence of micro-forging on surface organization of 45 steel laser hardening layer was observed by OM, SEM ; Using microhardness tester and rockwell hardness tester, surface hardness and microstructure rockwell hardness on 45 steel laser hardening layer were tested after micro-forging, and micro hardness change along the direction of hardening depth were studied. The results show that: after high frequency micro forging processing, the obvious and regular martensite organization of steel 45 formed by laser quenching was broken into pieces, microhardness on forging surface increased by 11.4%, the influence depth of micro hardness along the laser quenching strengthen zone was 0. 2 mm, the 0. 1 mm hardness is increased by 10%, 0.2 mm increased by 4.5%.
