基于LabVIEW/Flexmotion电解加工机床控制系统软件的设计

摘    要:为了提高电解加工的精度,实现叶片电解机床的自动控制,结合新型叶片电解加工系统,设计了控制系统软件。软件设计基于虚拟仪器技术及其开发的环境LabVIEW和运动控制模块Flexmotion。采用模块化的设计结构,设计了软件开发的快速原型模型及一系列功能模块,实现了人机交互、自动控制、监测保护等功能。本文还设计了基于该系统软件的加工实例,试验证明软件运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:Electrochemical machining (ECM) is used as one of the main machining methods to produce turbine blades. The paper combines the virtual instrument technology with ECM. The software of the ECM machine tool control system for the new three-feed blade ECM system is developed by using virtual instrument and it's software platform-LabVIEW and Flexmotion. The rapid prototype model of software design is presented and the modules of automatic and adaptive control, data acquisition, short-circuit protection are discussed in this paper. A machining example is also given and the result shows that the software system is reliable and efficient.
