| 摘 要： | 将现场总线控制系统应用到炼油装置生产过程中。介绍了控制系统总体设计 ,将 FCS、现场总线仪表和 PL C有机构成炼油生产的监控系统 ;着重介绍了控制系统应用软件开发 ,实现系统三冗余控制和特殊功能控制。采用动态网页和 JAVA技术实现了现场总线控制系统与炼油厂 MIS系统的互连 ,为实现全厂管控一体化提供了必要的技术支持。

| Abstract: | The field bus control system was introduced into the process of oil refining. Integrating FCS, field bus meters and PLC solved this system solution. The application software development for this control system was detailedly described and system can execute the three redundant control and special control. Active server pages and Java are applied to implement the programming the interconnection between this control system and the MIS in the refinery, and it provides useful technical guideline for solution to total plant automation in the refinery. |
