28例乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤的修复

目的:观察贝优芬与溃疡糊联合修复乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法:对28例Ⅱ级以上乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤的患者使用贝优芬与溃疡糊联合治疗,皮肤破溃的部分涂抹溃疡糊,未破溃及近期修复的皮肤涂抹贝优芬,直至完全修复后2～4周,以保护修复的皮肤免于再次损伤,同时恢复皮肤的弹性和减轻色素沉着。结果:28例患者经治疗3～9天皮肤损伤处完全愈合,1～2周后皮肤恢复弹性,色素沉着减轻或消失。本治疗出于人道考虑,无法设置对照组。结论:贝优芬与溃疡糊联合修复乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤效果确切。

Repair of radiation-induced skin injury: a report on 28 breast cancer cases

Objectives： To observe the effect of Biyufen combined with ulcer paste on the repair of radiation -induced skin injury after breast cancer surgery. Methods： Twenty - eight cases of Grade II radiation - induced skin injury were treated with Biyufen and ulcer paste. Ulcer paste was applied to injury area, and Biyoufen was applied to the non - injured area or the repair area. The treatment continued till 2 -4 weeks after the complete repair in order to protect the repaired skin against reinjuring and to restore the skin elasticity and light pigmentation. Results ： After 3 to 9 days of treatment, 28 patients showed complete repair of their injured skin. Skin elasticity was restored and dark skin pigmentation reduced or disappeared after 1 -2 weeks. Conclusion： The combined treatment of Biyufen and ulcer paste has ideal effects on the repair of radiation - induced skin injury after breast cancer surgery,
