| Abstract: | The basic principle, optimum design method, fabrication process and duplicating technology of binary optics are introduced in this paper. Several application instances of the binary optics are illustrated, such as beam shaping, beam adding, wave-front correction, beam collimation, enlarging depth of focus, artificial retina and so on. Finally, the future of the binary optics is discussed simply. |
