摘    要:采用正交试验优化了复合酶退浆煮练一步法-双氧水漂白前处理工艺中的漂白工艺,并讨论了复合酶退浆煮练后水洗工序对织物性能及退浆煮练废水的影响。结果表明,优化的双氧水漂白工艺为:汽蒸时间60 min,双氧水8 g/L,稳定剂HD-181 12 g/L,螯合分散剂HD-128 1 g/L。复合酶退浆煮练后不进行水洗,对织物白度、断裂强度和即时吸水性没有影响,而且简化了工艺,减少了用水量和能耗,还使前处理废水的COD至少降低了20%。

Abstract:Bleaching process in pretreatment of one step enzyme desizing,scouring and peroxide bleaching is optimized via orthogonal test.Effect of washing after desizing and scouring on properties of fabric and wastewater is discussed.The results show that the optimum peroxide bleaching process is steaming for 60 min with hydrogen peroxide 8 g/L,stabilizing agent HD-181 12 g/L and complex dispersant HD-128 1 g/L.Elimination of the washing process after enzyme desizing and scouring can simplify process,cut water and energy consumption,and reduce COD value of wastewater by 20% without affecting the whiteness,breaking strength and water absorbency of the fabric.
