摘    要:目的建立复方氨林巴比妥注射液中氨基比林、安替比林、巴比妥三种组份含量同时测定的方法。方法高效液相色谱法;C18柱(4.6mill×200rflnq,5txm),流动相为乙腈·磷酸盐缓冲液(7.8~8.0)(27:73),用三乙胺调节pH至8.0;流速为1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长240nm;柱温25℃;进样量20μl。结果氨基比林、安替比林、巴比妥分离度好,浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r分别为0.99997、0.99998、0.99998);加样回收率分别为99.9%(RSD:0.8%,n=9)、100.4%(RSD:1.9%,n=9)、99.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=9)。结论该法简单,专属性强,准确度高,为复方氨基巴比妥注射液的质量控制简便、高效、专一的检测方法。

Abstract:Aim To estabilish an HPLC method for the determination of three components in compound anlin babituo injection. Methods Akasi Cl8 ( 4.6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm ) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer solution ( 7.8 - 8.0 ) ( 27 : 73 ) pH adjusted to 8.0 with triethylamine. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ -1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The column temperature was at 25 ℃ , and the inject volume was 20 μl. Results Aminopyrine, quinizine, barbitone can be separated well. The calibration curves for aminopyrine, quinizine, and barbitone had good linear relationship, respectively. The average recoveries for three components were 99.9% ( RSD = 0.8% , n = 9 ), 100.4% ( RSD = 1.9%, n = 9 ) and 99.6% ( RSD = 1.2%, n = 9 ), respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of compound anlin babituo injection.
