| 摘 要： | 细胞粘附分子是一类跨膜糖蛋白、与肿瘤侵袭转移关系密切。本文概述了细胞粘附分子的种类以及它们与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。对阐明肿瘤转移机制、评价肿瘤患者转移能力以及评价患者预后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Cellular adhesive molecular is a kind of membrane glycoprotein, which has associations with invasion and metastasis of tumor. In this study, we reviewed the classification of the cellular adhesive molecular and discussed the correlation with the invasion and metastasis of tumor. It showed that cellular adhesive molecular might contribute to the metastatic mechanism of tumor, the calculation of metastatic potency of the patients and the decision of the prognosis. |
