摘    要:提出了一种适合于轧制及其类似过程的六面体网格重构方法.首先判断型钢轧制过程是否达到稳态;将稳态单元集的节点投影到垂直于主轧制方向的平面上,形成原始截面网格并分析瞬态温度场;其次生成新的四边形网格并映射温度数据;最后拉伸四边形网格生成三维单元体,并将温度作为初始条件赋给相应节点集,仿真下一道次.为了验证了其有效性,基于ABAQUS6.5编制了相关程序,模拟了H型钢的前两道次轧制过程.利用显式动力学分析瞬态轧制过程、利用隐式方法分析轧制间隙的瞬态温度场变化,提高了数值仿真的计算效率.为型钢轧制过程等金属成形过程的数值仿真提供了确实可行的网格重构思路和数据传递方法.

Abstract:Aiming at the characters of the shape-metal rolling process, a brick element re-meshing technique is presented, which is turned to be very suit for this kind of process. First, to check out the first roll pass state. Secondly, extracting the nodes on the leading face of the elements on the steady-state elements set and projecting them onto a plane to give the required mesh, mapping the temperature data from the first analysis results and performing the inter-pass heat transfer analysis. Thirdly, generating a geometric part from the mesh and creating the new mesh by hand, a heat transfer analysis is used to transfer the temperature data. Finally, creating the 3D orphan mesh part from the new mesh, and the final results of the second heat transfer analysis are used as the initial temperature.The effectiveness of the method is proved in the ABAQUS by the first two passes of the H-shape rolling simulation. The explicit dynamic FEM is selected to analyse the roll-pass process and the implicit FEM is selected to analyse the inter-pass transient thermal process. A kind of effective re-meshing technique and data mapping method is presented for simulating the shape-metal rolling or this kind of process.
