| 摘 要： | 鱼雷寿命周期费用-效能评估是在各种采办决策中进行权衡、评比,目的是达到产品寿命周期费用与其效能间的最佳平衡,即以一定的费用达到尽可能高的效能,或在效能一定的情况下,尽可能地减小费用.灰色系统理论的灰色聚类决策可以全面权衡现有条件与要求达到的条件,对待选方案做出合理评估.文章选用灰色聚类决策方法,结合实例对三种鱼雷寿命周期费用和效能进行了评估,结果可信.文中提出的鱼雷寿命周期费用-效能评估的灰色聚类决策方法为鱼雷费效评估提供了实用的方法.

| Abstract: | The estimation of life cycle cost and effectiveness for torpedo is a trade-off in the purchasing decision -makings.The aim of the trade-off is to get the best balance between life cycle cost and effectiveness.That is to say,to get the highest effectiveness with certain cost,or to reduce the cost when the effectiveness is certain.The esti- mation of life cycle cost and effectiveness for torpedo is an important issue in the early development phase.Grey clus- ter decision-making of grey system theory can balance the existing conditions against the reguired conditions,and estimate blue prints in reason.Grey cluster decision-making is selected to estimate three blue prints.Result indi- cates that this method has practical value. |
