深部真菌感染及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解某医院真菌感染的现状,并对其耐药性进行分析,为临床合理使用抗真菌药物提供依据。方法:某医院门诊及住院患者的各类真菌培养2137份标本进行药敏试验。结果:共分离出真菌162株,162株病原真菌以内科系统为主共114株占70.37%;检出深部真菌最多的部位是呼吸道,占真菌标本的72.02%;真菌以白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌和克柔假丝酵母菌为主,分别占60.49%、19.13%、13.58%;药敏结果:5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B 94%以上敏感,白色假丝酵母菌对氟康唑的耐药率很高,均在69%以上,5种常见抗真菌药物对其他病原真菌的敏感率均在90%以上。结论:加强临床病原性真菌分离株,对抗真菌药物的耐药性检测,然后根据药敏试验结果科学合理选用抗真菌药物十分重要。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the tendency ot drug resistance and the characteristic ot deep lungus mtechon and to provide the experiment basis for clinical selecting antifungal agents. Methods : 162 strains of pathogenic fungals collected from our hospital were used to analyse the results of susceptibility test. Results:The major department of those isolated pathogenic fungis was the internal medicine, 114 strains accounted for(70.372% ),the major site of those isolated pathogenicity fungi was respiratory tract (72.02%) and the major type was C. albicans (60.49%), C. tropicalis( 19.13% )and C. krusei( 13.58% ),Candida is the major pathogen to cause fungal infection in hospital,The resistance rates of the hardly using antifungal drugs with greater poisonous side effect in clinics, such as Am photeri- cin,and Flucytosine,are the lowest,while the rate of the frequently using Fluconazole is the highest. Conclusion:En- hancing the detection of drug resistance of deep fungal is important to select correct antifungal agent.
