国产单钢轮振动压路机的现状与未来

单钢轮振动压路机主要用于道路和工程结构物土石方基础的压实作业，在国外通常称之为土壤压实机（Soil compactor），以区别于压实路面的双钢轮振动压路机（Road roller）。全液压振动压路机起源于20世纪50年代，70年代已在工业发达国家得以推广应用。

The Present and Future of Domestic Single Drum Vibratory Roller

Full hydraulic vibratory rollers originated in the 1950s, and able to promoted the application in industrialized countries in 1970s. According to statistics, 85% of the workload of earthworks compac- tion is completed by single drum vibratory roller. China’s produc- tion of single drum vibratory roller have hydraulic and mechanical transmission two series, the former is the introduction of European technology to produce, while the latter is "grown" domestic products. Its original models is transplant the mechanical transmission system of the domestic static grinding roller transplanted to the vibratory roller, vibration and steering is still hydraulic transmission, the machine is "half-breed" of Chinese and foreign technical grafting.
