| Abstract: | Aerobicpiatecount,as a target for the extent of contamination in food,is very important in sanitization. In this paper,the national standard test method and some rapid methods developed in recent years for detecting aerobicpiatecount are introduced. It also gave some analysis for development prospects of rapid methods for determination of in food. |
