摘    要:菌落总数作为判定食品被污染程度标志,具有重要卫生学意义。该文详述菌落总数国家标准检测方法及近年来菌落总数快速检测方法进展,并对今后检测方向进行展望。

Abstract:Aerobicpiatecount,as a target for the extent of contamination in food,is very important in sanitization. In this paper,the national standard test method and some rapid methods developed in recent years for detecting aerobicpiatecount are introduced. It also gave some analysis for development prospects of rapid methods for determination of in food.
