摘    要:金属锌粉粒度的准确测定直接关系到锌粉的性能.本文研究了试样质量浓度,超声分散时间和分散剂的加入对锌粉粒度测定结果的影响.结果表明:试样质量浓度的低或高,使粒度测试结果偏小或偏大;超声分散明显的有利于粒子的分散,有利于粒度的准确测定;分散剂的加入,能很好的提高测试结果的重现性.

Abstract:The accuracy of size measurement of zinc particles depends on the characterization of particles.The influence of concentration of the sample,dispersing time and dispersant addition on the size measurement was studied.The results showed that the increase or decrease of concentration of the sample influenced the error of measured data.The increased dispersing time made size measurement more accurate.The addition of dispersant improved the reproducibility of measured results.
