| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疑病症患者心理状况及心理治疗措施。方法采用HathawaySR和MckingleyJC等于1940年初编制的明尼苏达多项人格调查表（MMPI）及M.B.Parioff等于1975年编制的症状自评量表（SCL-90）,对疑病症患者治疗前后的心理状态进行观察。结果疑病症患者经心理治疗前后SCL-90测查躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;心理治疗前后MMPI测查疑病、抑郁、精神病态偏倚、精神衰弱和社会内向差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理治疗能明显改善疑病症患者的临床症状,改善患者的心理障碍,提高疑病症的康复率。
