| 摘 要： | 以郑煤集团二七分公司所实施的安全隐患闭环管理为例,介绍了郑煤集团二七分公司安全隐患闭环管理的主要做法,通过对安全隐患信息闭环管理,形成预先评价—安全信息采集—辨识重大隐患—过程重点监控—最终消除隐患的闭环管理系统,实现安全工作由被动检查型向超前防范型转变,增强企业管理的针对性,体现管理的系统性,形成强有力的管理文化氛围。

| Abstract: | This paper is introduced the mian method of Closed-loop management of Security risks the Filiale in Er Qi District of Zhengzhou Coal Group based on Closed-loop management actualized the Filiale in Er Qi District of Zhengzhou Coal Group.According to Closed-loop management of Security risks,it is formed the Closed-loop management as follows: preliminary opinion-safety information acquired-mian risks identified-process monitored-risks eliminated,then realized the safety changed passively examined to advancely prevented,toned the pertinence of management in the corporation,incarnated the system of management,formed powerful culture atmosphere. |
