| Abstract: | In this paper the theoretical basis of applying the differential absorbance to digital spectrophotometer is discussed.Tbe error analysis and the plotting of analytical curve are illustrated. It is shown that the application of differential absorbance will result in wider analytical range, smaller relative error and simpler operation. |
