摘    要:研究液氮法、均质法、微波法、酶法等9种细胞破碎方法对裂殖壶菌单细胞油脂提取的影响,分别考察了各种细胞破碎方法提取得到的单细胞油脂含量、DHA含量、油脂中的脂肪酸分布以及耗时、耗能等情况,结果表明酶法和酸热法效果最好,其中酶法由于投入低、能耗少、操作简单等优点更具工业化潜力。将酶法与传统的均质法进一步放大对比,验证了酶法的优良性能。

Abstract:Effect of different cell disruption methods, such as liquid nitrogen, homogenization, microwaves and enzymatic extraction on the extraction of single cell lipid of Schizochytrium sp. was determined. The lipid and DHA contents, fatty acid composition of the lipid, the time and energy consumption was studied when using different methods.
