Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expressive level changes and clinical significance of microRNA-126(miR-126)in serum of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)after intravenous thrombolysis.Methods 96 patients with AIS who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected, and they were divided into poor prognosis group(32 cases)and good prognosis group(64 cases)according to their prognosis. The expressive level changes of serum miR-126 were compared between the two groups at admission, after 1d of treatment and after 3d of treatment. The correlations between the relative expression level of serum miR-126 and other parameters at admission were analyzed. The risk factors of poor prognosis in patients with AIS after intravenous thrombolysis was analyzed. The prognostic value of the relative expression level of serum miR-126 was analyzed.Results At the admission, after 1d of treatment and after 3d of treatment, the relative expression level of miR-126 in the poor prognosis group was lower than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the relative expression level of miR-126 was negatively correlated with national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score, interleukin-6(IL-6)level, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level, neuron specific enolase(NSE)level and modified Rankin score(MRS)(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, time from onset to visit, NIHSS score and TNF-α level were all risk factors for poor prognosis of AIS patients after intravenous thrombolysis(P<0.05), while miR-126 was the protective factor(P<0.05). ROC analysis showed that the serum miR-126 levels at each time point had a certain predictive value for the poor prognosis of AIS patients after intravenous thrombolysis, the area under the curve was 0.838(95%CI=0.753~0.924)at admission, the area under the curve was 0.734(95%CI=0.629~0.839)after 1d of treatment, and the area under the curve was 0.733(95%CI=0.630~0.836)after 3d of treatment.Conclusion The expressive level of serum miR-126 was related to the prognosis of patients with AIS after intravenous thrombolysis, and it had a certain predictive value for the prognosis of patients.
