摘    要:【目的】 以江苏省高校农林医药期刊论文为例,构建基于我国科技论文传播环境的科技期刊论文传播力评价体系,为建立具有我国特色的全面的科技期刊论文影响力评价体系提供参考。【方法】 选取16种江苏省高校主办的农林医药科技期刊的640篇论文为研究对象,采用大数据挖掘法获取其在各网络媒介平台的传播数据,借鉴Altmetrics的理念,挖掘、筛选出16个表征论文传播效果的评价指标,并与期刊论文传播效果的3个层次对应。采取层次分析法进行层次和指标权重赋值,构建论文网络媒介融合传播力的计算模型,得出640篇论文的传播力指数。将各刊传播力指数排名前10%的论文的传播力指数之和作为期刊传播力,对各刊传播力进行评价。【结果】 建立基于我国媒介融合传播环境的科技期刊论文传播力评价体系。由该评价体系的研究成果可知:所研究的江苏省农林医药期刊2019—2020年论文的最高传播力指数最大值是最低传播力指数最小值的229.00倍;最高期刊传播力是最低期刊传播力的10.37倍,期刊传播力与2021年期刊复合影响因子、期刊影响力指数显著相关。【结论】 立足于我国媒介融合传播环境挖掘、筛选期刊论文传播力评价体系指标,并结合由浅入深的科技论文传播效果的3个层次,较客观地表征科技论文传播力,为科技论文评价体系的进一步完善提供参考。

Construction of evaluation system of communication power for scientific articles in China: Taking agricultural,forestry, and pharmaceutical journals of universities in Jiangsu Province as examples

Abstract:Purposes] Taking the articles published in agricultural, forestry, and pharmaceutical journals of universities in Jiangsu Province as examples, this research constructs an evaluation system of the communication power of the scientific articles amid media convergence in China, to provide reference for the establishment of a comprehensive impact evaluation system of scientific articles with Chinese characteristics. Methods] A total of 640 articles from 16 agricultural, forestry, and pharmaceutical journals of universities in Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects, and big data mining was performed to obtain their communication data in various network media platforms. With the help of Altmetric, 16 evaluation indexes of the communication effect of the articles were mined and matched with the three levels of the communication effect of journal articles. Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to assign weights to the levels and indexes, and the calculation model of the integrated network media-based communication power of articles was established, based on which the communication power index of the 640 articles was obtained. The sum of communication power indexes of the top 10% articles by communication power index of each journal denoted the communication power of the journal. Findings] An evaluation system of the communication power of scientific articles in the era of media convergence in China was established. According to the evaluation system, the highest communication power index of articles published in agricultural, forestry, and pharmaceutical journals of universities in Jiangsu Province during 2019-2020 was 229 times of the lowest, and the highest communication power of journals was 10.37 times of the lowest. The communication power of journals was significantly correlated with their compound influence factor and Clout Index in 2021. Conclusions] This research selects indexes of the proposed evaluation system of the communication power of the scientific articles based on the media convergence in China, and combines the three levels of the communication effect of scientific articles, and thus comprehensively represents the communication power of scientific articles and provides reference for further improving the evaluation system of scientific articles.
