摘    要:应用Levenberg-Marquardt优化算法的BP网络,采用紫外分光光度法测定去痛片中四组分的含量。测定低含量组分咖啡因和苯巴比妥时,结合吸光度减法技术。氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因和苯巴比妥的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.3%,1.2%:;100.0%,1.1%;100.3%,1.5%;100.1%,1.3%。

Abstract:Four components of Qutongpian were determined by UV spectrophotometry with BP network of Levenberg - Marquardt optimization algorithm. Caffeine and phenobarbitial that are the lower content components in Qutongpian were determined by the combination of the absorbance substraction technique. The mean recoveries and RSD of aminopyrin, phenacetin, caffeine and phenobarbitial were 99.3% , 1.2%; 100.0%, 1.1%; 100.3%, 1.5%; 100.1%, 1.3% respectively.
