摘    要:目的以某型号法兰轴为研究对象,为了制取性能和结构合格的法兰轴。方法对其进行了结构及加工工艺分析,确定了成形工艺方案为:下料→正挤轴部→顶镦头部→反挤法兰及内腔。根据该工艺,建立了法兰轴的三维模型,利用有限元分析软件对法兰轴的成形缺陷进行了分析,并进行了工艺改进,以获得合格的零件。结果改进后的工艺可以制取合格的零件。结论此工艺方法对实际生产有指导价值。

Abstract:Objective In this paper, the flanged shaft was studied to achieve products with qualified performance and structure. Methods The structure and process were analyzed, and the specific forming process was finalized as cutting, extruding the shaft part, upsetting the head portion, and anti-extrusion of flange and cavity. Based on this process, a threedimensional model was established for the formation of the flanged shaft, and the forming defects of the flanged shaft were analyzed with the FEM software, and then the process optimization was made to achieve qualified products. Results The results showed that qualified products were obtained after process optimization. Conclusion This process can function as valuable guidance for the production practice.
