| 摘 要： | 做好辅导员绩效考核工作对于高校的发展和人才培养具有重要意义。基于专业化的视角,结合辅导员工作实际,确立绩效考核的基本原则,构建绩效考核指标体系,明确辅导员绩效考核工作的实施策略,加快实现辅导员专业化的发展目标。

| Abstract: | College counselors＇ performance evaluation is of great significance for college development and talent cultivation. From a per- spective of specialization, combioed with college counselors＇ practical work, this paper puts forward the basic principles of per- formance evaluation, the construction of system index,as well as the implementation strategy of college counselors＇ perform- ance evaluation, so that to accelerate the realization of the development goal of college counselors＇ specialization. |
