| 摘 要： | 通过对最低价概念的阐述以及其在我国招投标工作中的应用情况的描述,分析了最低价中标对建设市场环境和建设主体的要求,提出在我国法律法规、投标担保、赔偿机制、企业诚信等许多相关条件还不成熟的情况下,最低价中标应该缓行的建议。

| Abstract: | Based upon introduction of the concept of method to win the bid with the lowest price and its application situations in our country the requirements of this method on environment of building market and main body are analyzed;at the same time corresponding suggestions are proposed to postpone the implementation of the method to win the bid with the lowest price because of inadequate evaluation law and regulation system,bid security system,compensation system and so on. |
