| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经腹与经阴道超声检查对诊断宫内外同时妊娠的临床价值.方法 对25例证实为宫内外妊娠的患者同时经腹及经阴道超声检查结果以及临床结局进行回顾性分析,并随访宫内妊娠结局以及手术病理检查结果.结果 经腹超声、经阴道超声诊断宫内孕符合率分别为96.4%、100%;经腹超声、经阴道超声诊断宫外孕符合率分别为51.9%、96.3%;经腹超声、经阴道超声诊断宫内外同时妊娠符合率分别为52.0%、96.0%.结论 经腹与经阴道超声检查诊断宫内妊娠诊断符合率差异无统计学意义,经阴道超声对宫外孕以及宫内外同时妊娠的诊断明显优于经腹超声,两者联合可提高宫内外同时妊娠诊断率,早期发现宫内外同时妊娠并及早手术,对宫内胎儿的影响减至最低,有利于宫内胚胎继续妊娠.
