| 摘 要： | 文章提出创建DICOM/HL7网关的方法实现医学影像归档与通信系统与医院信息系统的集成。通过设计消息的发送/接收机制和消息的构建/解析算法,实现了HIS和PACS之间的信息交换。DICOM/HL7网关的实现很好地解决了PACS与HIS系统集成的瓶颈问题。

| Abstract: | This paper brings forward establishing the DICOM/HL7 gateway to realize the integration of HIS and PACS. It achieves exchanging information between HIS and PACS by designing the mechanism of senting / receiving message and the algorithm of parsing/ constructing message. The DICOM/HL7 gateway resolves the problem of the system integration between HIS and PACS. |
