汽车碰撞吸能装置的螺旋传动稳健优化研究

摘    要:为避免一般汽车实际碰撞的不稳健现象,通过建立稳健优化设计的数学模型,运用Matlab优化工具箱对汽车碰撞吸能装置(CST)螺旋传动问题进行稳健优化设计求解,并给出了相应的算法程序,避免了常规求解过程中繁杂的工程算法语言编程.研究表明,该稳健优化设计方法省时高效、方便可行,结果稳健可靠,产品性能得到了提高.
