| 摘 要： | 研磨是现代最精密的加工方法,在千分尺以及内量表修理工作中,研磨是使用的最多操作。根据现场的工作体会,设计制作用于千分尺及内量表测杆量面的研磨器,对其结构和调整方法作了介绍,通过现场验证,得到结论,该研磨器提高了工作效率和研磨质量,能完全满足实际的使用要求。

| Abstract: | At present,polish is the most accurate processing method and also is most times used in repair application in micrpemeter and interior meter.According to our experiences we designed the abrader which special used in measure surface of the rod in micrpemeter and interior meter,its structure and regulation means are introduced.The conclusion we got is that such abrader of micrpemeter could make polish faster and improve its quality.It could meet the operating requirements. |
