埕东油田西区泡沫复合驱采出液处理技术研究

摘    要:泡沫复合驱是埕东油田目前提高原油采收率的一项重要技术。泡沫复合驱采出液在进行化学沉降脱水时,原油脱水困难,污水合油量较高,分析认为主要原因是泡沫剂增加了破乳脱水和除油的难度。利用现场原油和污水样品,在室内进行了采出液破乳脱水和污水除油实验研究,优选出适合该区块的复合破乳剂和除油剂,并进行现场试验。试验结果表明,优选的复配破乳荆可对埕东油田采出液进行有效破乳脱水,脱水速度快,油水界面齐整,脱出水水质好;联合站油水分离正常,外输原油含水指标达到技术要求。新研制的除油剂除油效果明显好于目前油田用剂,脱出水完全达到污水回注含油指标。
