| 摘 要： | 泡沫复合驱是埕东油田目前提高原油采收率的一项重要技术。泡沫复合驱采出液在进行化学沉降脱水时，原油脱水困难，污水合油量较高，分析认为主要原因是泡沫剂增加了破乳脱水和除油的难度。利用现场原油和污水样品，在室内进行了采出液破乳脱水和污水除油实验研究，优选出适合该区块的复合破乳剂和除油剂，并进行现场试验。试验结果表明，优选的复配破乳荆可对埕东油田采出液进行有效破乳脱水，脱水速度快，油水界面齐整，脱出水水质好；联合站油水分离正常，外输原油含水指标达到技术要求。新研制的除油剂除油效果明显好于目前油田用剂，脱出水完全达到污水回注含油指标。
