微波辅助治疗结节型浸润型淋巴结结核的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨微波辅助治疗淋巴结结核的临床效果。方法选取我科2010年6月~2013年3月淋巴结结核患者155例,结节型54例,浸润型101例,随机分为微波组和非微波组,两组均给予相同的抗结核方案,3HRZE/6HR,微波组再加用微波局部照射治疗,每次照射15 min,每日2次,治疗4周。结果早期淋巴结结核患者加用微波局部照射治疗后,症状改善明显,肿块减小速度增快,病程缩短,较少转为脓肿型、溃疡型淋巴结结核,微波组总有效率明显高于非微波组,其中结节型微波组治疗效果显著优于非微波组(P=0.033),浸润型微波组治疗效果也显著优于非微波组(P=0.024)。结论加用微波治疗结节型溃疡型淋巴结结核有效,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of microwave-assisted therapy in the treatment of lymph node tuberculosis. Methods 155 patients with lymph node tuberculosis, including 54 cases of nodular and 101 ca-ses of infiltrative, were randomly divided into the microwave group and the non-microwave group. The two groups were given the same anti-TB program, 3HRZE/6HR, and the microwave group was additionally given microwave treatment, each exposure for 15min, twice a day. Results After additional partial irradiation with microwave treat-ment, the symptoms of early lymph node were improved significantly. Lumps decreased faster, courses became shor-ter, and fewer turned into abscesses, ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis. The total efficiency of the microwave group was significantly higher than that in the non-microwave group. Conclusion The additional microwave treatment for nodular ulcerated lymph node tuberculosis is effective and worthy of clinical application.
