高铬铸铁在腐蚀介质中的抗磨损特性

摘    要:研究了不同w(C)量和w(Cr)量的高铬铸铁分别在5%NaOH、自来水和人工海水介质中的抗腐蚀磨损性能。结果表明:高铬铸铁在5%NaOH水介质中的腐蚀磨损相对较小,而且随w(C)、w(Cr)量的变化,其磨损率变化不大;在自来水介质中,高铬铸铁的w(C)量超过2.7%时腐蚀磨损加快,w(Cr)量对磨损率影响不大;在人工海水介质中,高铬铸铁的w(C)量超过2.1%时腐蚀磨损开始加快,当w(C)量超过2.7%时腐蚀磨损显著加快,w(Cr)量大于20%时腐蚀磨损显著减缓。

Abstract:The anti-corrosion wear properties of high-chromium cast irons with different carbon and chromium contents respectively in water containing 5% NaOH, tap water and artifical seawater were investigated. The results showed that the corrosion wear of hi-Cr cast iron in water containing 5% NaOH was relatively low, and its wear rate didn’t change obviously with variation of carbon and chromium contents; the corrosion wear of hi-Cr cast iron in tap water increased when its carbon content was higher than 2.7%, however the influence of chromium content on wear rate was not obviously; the corrosion wear of hi-Cr cast iron in artifical seawater began increase since carbon content was higher than 2.1%, and increased obviously when carbon content was higher than 2.7%, however corrosion wear reduced obviously when chromium content was higher than 20%.
