摘    要:采用原子荧光光谱法,利用(1+1)王水消解样品,以硫脲-抗坏血酸作为预还原剂和掩蔽剂测定土壤样品中的Sb含量。在仪器最佳工作条件下,Sb的检出限为0.11μg/L,相对标准偏差为5.06%。经国家标准物质验证,其结果在标准值不确定度范围内。操作简便、快速,可用于土壤中Sb含量的测定。

Abstract:The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied to the determinations of Sb in soil using(1+1) aqua regia digestion and thiourea-ascorbic acid as pre-reductant and masking agent. Under the optimal conditions of instrument, the limit of detection of Sb and RSD was 0.11 μg/L and 5.06% respectively. The determination result agreed well with the recommend value of the standard material(GSS-2). It is convenient and fast, and can be applied to the determination of Sb in soil.
