立井施工中注浆防治水技术的应用探讨

摘    要:随着煤矿开采规模的不断扩大,煤矿水害事故也时有发生,而立井施工由于其施工的特殊性,往往存在灾害程度大、损失大等特点,对井筒中工作人员的生命造成严重威胁,并且还影响施工进度及施工质量。在立井施工中采用注浆防治水技术能够很好地解决突水问题,使井筒安全、顺利地通过含水岩层,很多井筒都使用地面预注浆法。以郑庄矿副井为例,探讨注浆防治水技术在立井施工中的应用价值。

Abstract:With the continuous expansion of the scale of coal mining, accidents of water damage in coal mines occur frequently. Due to the special nature of shaft construction, it is of characteristics of large extent of the disaster, large losses, etc., causing severe threats to the life of staff in wellbore, and also affect the construction schedule and eonstruction quality. Applying grouting water control technology in vertical shaft construction can solve the problem of water inrush well to make weltbore pass through water formation safely and smoothly, so pre-grouting method is used in many wellbores. With auxiliary shaft of Zhengzhuang Mine as an example, the application value of grouting water control teehnology in vertical shaft construction is discussed.
