| 摘 要： | 通过对现有车用发动机润滑系统进行研究,采用典型部件试验数据及数值分析相结合方法,建立了润滑系统及主要部件仿真模型,开发了发动机润滑系统仿真软件.该软件包括5个主要模块,应用该软件既可以对发动机润滑系统主要零部件特性进行仿真,也可以进行润滑系统的总体参数仿真与优化.经过试验验证,软件系统仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好.

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation into the lubrication system of a vehicle engine, the simulation models for the whole lubrication system and its main components were set up, and the simulation software was developed. This software can simulate and optimize the specific parameters of the whole lubrication system. It can simulate the dynamic characteristics of the main components as well. The simulation results have good consistence with the experimental ones . |
