| 摘 要： | 以西门子S7-1200PLC为控制核心,STEP7Basic—V10.5为开发环境,采用模块化思想设计开发染整预处理过程中的碱浓度的监控画面和测量控制程序。调试结果表明:该系统具有搡作简便及可靠性高等特点,满足工艺控制要求。

| Abstract: | Having S7-1200PLC cored,and STEP_7_Basic_V10.5 taken as development tool,the modular design concepts were applied to developing alkali concentration monitoring picture and measurement control program in the pretreatment process of dyeing and finishing operation.The application result proves reliable performance and ease operation of this system while satisfying the control requirements. |
